In accordance with accounting principles and standards and the legal requirements in force, Conseco assumes responsibility for the technical compliance, in the accounting and tax areas, of its clients.

These services are provided in Portugal and Morocco, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Statute of the Order of Certified Accountants and in the Moroccan General Chart of Accounts, respectively. To this end, it carries out filing, posting and classification; closing of the year-end accounts; completion and submission of tax returns and their annexes, and all other legal obligations in each country.

On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which lays down the rules relating to the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons and which applies directly to all entities that process such data, in any Member State of the European Union, namely Portugal.

At Conseco we have highly qualified professionals in this area – with internationally recognised certifications – to carry out implementation plans, tailored to each business reality. The starting point is always the assessment of needs, since companies are very different from one another and, although the GDPR applies to all of them, the way it is implemented will naturally be different.

We also provide support services as Data Protection Officer, implementation support and audits of plans already implemented.
